Kevin Ewalt - CEO
Kevin Ewalt has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to forming RADMAX, he served as Director of Operations for the East Texas Medical Center Cancer Institute. During his years in the industry, he has gained expertise in center supervision, project planning, report production, budget planning and medical billing.

Jim Dube - Vice President
Jim Dube has more than 19 years of healthcare marketing and customer support experience. He is currently the President of LifeLine Software, Inc., maker of RadCalc®, the number one selling Radiation Oncology MU verification software in the world. As Vice President of RadMax, Jim provides marketing support and consulting services and is constantly working towards building and maintaining the finest customer support system in the Radiation Oncology billing service industry

Craig Laughton - CIO
Craig Laughton holds an M.S. degree in Medical Physics from the University of Chicago and a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a board certified physicist with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Medical Physics. He is currently the CEO of LifeLine Software, Inc., maker of RadCalc®, the number one selling Radiation Oncology MU verification software in the world. Craig developed the RadCalc program and specializes in helping Radiation Oncology departments work more efficiently by utilizing advances in computer technology.

James Kolker, MD - Board of Directors
Dr. Kolker is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.) and Thomas Jefferson Medical College (M.D.). He serves as the Medical Director at the East Texas Medical Center Institute, where he is also responsible for professional billing. Dr. Kolker has worked closely with Kevin Ewalt for over five years. Dr. Kolker brings the physician perspective to the billing process. He is knowledgeable about physician logistics and requirements and has contributed greatly to designing Radmax's physician-friendly custom billing system.
