We have provided these downloadable Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to further assist physicians and facilities with AR management and billing procedures. There is a read-only version and a blank version for each spreadsheet. The read-only version is an example of what a completed report would look like. The blank version is what you will use to input your information. Download the text file for further instructions on how to use the spreadsheet. These downloads are available to anyone and are free of charge. AR Collection Report The AR Collection Report is ideal for facilities that bill technical only or global charges. With this report, you can quickly gauge your collections statistics and track your facility's cash flow. Input charges by hand from your practice management system reports or build queries to automatically populate the fields. AR Aging Report This simple pie chart AR Aging Report will give any facility a snapshot of how their AR money is divided. Professional Collection Report The Professional Collection Report is a favorite among physicians because it gives an accurate indication of collections stats and AR aging/AR days at a quick glance.
Daily Activity Report (DAR) This is a very useful report that can be used by any manager or administrator of a cancer treatment facility to gauge things like daily patient activity and revenue. It also projects activity based on history and can be very useful mid-month to predict month-end figures (i.e. admits and collections).
