RadMax, LTD, acting as a Business Associate of the providers, practices, and facilities that we contract with, will necessarily receive and disburse Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

Our commitment to the Privacy and Security of this information is of utmost importance and necessary to protect the interests of our clients and their patients.

RadMax, LTD has put in place Policies and Procedures to ensure this protection. In addition, our electronic data systems meet or exceed the HIPAA requirements for the security of electronically manipulated PHI.
